Payments, Shipping, Returns & Exchanges, and Limited Lifetime Warranty

We offer two forms of payment on LegacyCannon.com

1. Paypal - Accepts all major credit or debit cards including Amex, Discovery, Master Card and Visa. Or simply connect your bank account directly to your Paypal account to securely transfer money straight from your bank account all through Paypal. Paypal is our most preferred method of payment for it offers convenience plus gets your payments to us as soon as possible so we can have your items quicker. It also is the most secure form of payment.
2. Checks - You are more than welcome to pay by check. The check out system will walk you through it and give you the directions on how to mail the check directly to us. Once we have received the check and it clears the bank, we will promptly begin processing your order. This also includes cashier's checks.

We currently do NOT accept cash payments.

We currently ship all items through two shipping services: Fedex and USPS. These have been proven time and time again to be the most secure and most cost effective to our customers. We ship all items at the lowest cost, which usually is either Ground for FedEx and or First Class mail for USPS. If you're in a hurry and need your items sooner, no problem! Please express this in the comment section during check out, and we will contact you with a shipping method best for you and an invoice for the difference. Don't forget, when ordering one of our cannons, there is 1-2 weeks for production process since each item is made to order.

At Legacy Cannon, we strive to provide you with the highest quality of products, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you may contact us via our phone number at (678) 369 - 3353, or by emailing orders@legacycannon.com  We deal with exchanges on a case by case basis, but we DO NOT offer refunds on any of our products. T-shirts, can be exchanged for a different size, as long as they are received back in new, unused, and saleable condition with all original packaging and tags. The customer must receive a return shipping label from us and send it back following the instructions. Exchanges are also subject to new shipping charges. If there is any defects with your cannon, we ask that you immediately email us with photos and an explanation of the problem, so we can solve the issue in a timely manner. We strive to make our all customers as excited as we are about our products, and take any problems very seriously. Each one of our cannons are hand crafted here in U.S.A., so you can rest assure everything is thoroughly inspected before shipping our items out.

Legacy Cannon, LLC, warrants its products against defects. The warranty period is for the lifetime of the original purchaser, so long as the original purchaser still owns the product. This lifetime warranty is not transferable.

This warranty does not cover any damage to the product incurred by misuse of the product and failure of the operators or users of any Legacy cannon to follow the instructions and safety guidelines published by Legacy and made known to the original purchaser.  For example, damage from any smokeless gunpowder (this device is intended for black powder or its equivalent substitutes only) or too much of a powder charge, or the wrong type of projectile. Another example would be leaving the cannon outdoors, exposed to the elements. Any abuse, neglect, or misuse of the product that causes damage to the product, or to any other person or thing in proximity to the product, shall not be considered a defect. 

The purchaser of a Legacy cannon shall cooperate in preserving any product that is allegedly defective, documenting the damage or defect, and sending the item to Legacy upon request. Legacy Cannon, LLC shall have the final say in making the factual determination of the cause of some damage or defect, and its decision shall be conclusive as to the finding, or not finding, of a defect as that term is used in this limited warranty. Legacy Cannon, LLC will provide for and pay for the shipping of the item back to Legacy’s facility for examination and evaluation under warranty. If the item was truly defective, Legacy shall repair and return it, or send replacement cannon, at Legacy’s own expense. If the warranty claim is denied, the customer must pay for return shipping to the customer’s address.

LIMITATION ON REMEDIES:  Legacy Cannon, LLC’s obligations under this warranty are limited to repairing or replacing a defective cannon. This warranty explicitly disclaims and rejects any other type or class of damages--actual damages from harm coming to persons or property;  any other form of compensatory, incidental, or consequential damages; punitive or exemplary damages.  

NO OTHER WARRANTIES:  All other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, suitability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
