We want every customer to be as excited about receiving our cannons, as we are making them.

Does the cannon shoot?

YES! It definitely fires and has a .50 cal bored barrel that shoots  .490 Lead Balls as part of our Accessory Kit. It is strictly up to each user to properly educate themselves on how to shoot any cannon, including the right amount of black powder. We encourage users to consider buying their black powder from Powder Inc. at and choose between FFFg Black Powder, or any Black Powder substitute equivalent. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have regarding shooting one of our cannons at contact@legacycannon.com and we are working towards creating our own safety and instructional videos as well.

How does the Limited Lifetime Warranty work?

Each Legacy Cannon comes with a certificate of authenticity with its serial number and the name of the original purchaser (or gift recipient). The limited lifetime warranty applies only to this person. To read the full detailed warranty, please click here. If you notice any parts that are damaged upon arrival, please immediately contact us via phone number and or email at orders@legacycannon.com with your order number and photos of the item. Each case must submitted by email at orders@legacycannon.com, and will be reviewed in a timely manner.

Is the Legacy Cannon's metal box waterproof?

Our military issued Legacy Cannon metal box has been tested to be water resistant, but not 100% waterproof. The allen bolt and nut must be tightened down with the allen key provided to keep any water out. Since each case has been previously used by our U.S. military, we gladly repurpose them for our cannons in support of our country! We are very proud of this country, and our incredible military and veterans who protect our freedoms and keep us safe.

Can I buy a cannon as a gift?

ABSOLUTELY! Upon check-out make sure to place the name you would like on the certificate of authenticity (the name of the person you will be gifting this too) in the comment section and specify that it is a gift. It is extremely important that the certificate have the proper name that matches his/her drivers license of the owner. Each cannon owner must be at least 18 years of age to own one of our Legacy Cannons.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship inside the USA.

Do you ship to all the states in America or only certain ones?

It is the buyer's responsibility to check their state and local laws on the legality of owning a black powder cannon before purchasing. Legacy Cannon is not liable if a customer purchases a cannon without checking their laws. These cannons are considered a novelty item, and or "antique replica" according to most state laws and legal to own in most states. Please check your laws before shooting any Legacy Cannon.
